Coastal Construction is a family business carrying out many types of building works, from single bespoke projects to large scale residential and commercial developments. Our directors collectively combine over 100 years of experience in construction. We have a dedicated team of tried and trusted employees and subcontractors that take pride in their work whilst carefully planning and constructing your build.

Our Work

Peter Waddison

Company Director

Peter has been in the construction industry his entire life. He started as a plasterer to then become a site manager which required him to oversee projects in Gibraltar. Peter then became a lecturer at the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). He has since had 35 years experience as a company director. Peter’s responsibilities at Coastal Construction are liaising with clients during the construction phase and overseeing all building contracts.

Beside work, Peter is a part-time singer performing classic hits. He is passionate about building, all sports and enjoys playing bowls for his village club.

Kevin Waddison

Company Director

Kevin is an experienced quantity surveyor and has spent his entire career in the construction industry. He has worked as a company director for over 20 years. Kevin’s role is to find the sites and then liaise with clients and all experts to bring projects ready to the point of commencement.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys birdwatching, nature and travelling. He also loves watching and participating in sports. He is passionate about singing and you can sometimes find him on the golf course.

Gary Waddison

Company Director

Gary has been a company director for over 20 years. He is Coastal Construction’s site & contracts manager. Gary deals with subcontractors and suppliers ensuring they work within a timescale and budget, as well as liaising with clients during construction.

During his free time, you can find Gary on his boat on the Broads in Ely with his family. He enjoys participating in sports and spending time outdoors.
